3. Take:

Knock or break the linear guide, even if it does not appear to be damaged, it may cause engineering losses, please be careful.

Do not disassemble the slider by yourself, as foreign objects may enter the linear guide or adversely affect the assembly accuracy.

When transporting the heavy linear guide, please use more than 2 people or use a transport tool to avoid possible injury to personnel or damage to the workpiece.

Pay attention to prevent foreign matter and foreign matter, causing slider failure, damage and loss of function.

4. Lubrication:

Please wipe the anti-rust oil first and then use it with lubricating oil.

Do not mix lubricants of different properties.

When lubricating with lubricating oil, it will be different due to different installation methods, please contact the senior engineer first.

After filling the lubricant, first push the slider back and forth for at least 3 slider length strokes, repeat this action more than 2 times, and confirm whether there is an oil film on the surface of the linear guide evenly coated.
