Linear module installation 



1. Positioning accuracy: take the larger stroke as the reference length, expressed by the absolute value of the larger error between the distance actually moved from the reference position and the command value;


2. Repeated positioning accuracy: 7 times of repeated positioning of any point in the same direction, and then measure its stop position, and calculate 1/2 of the larger difference of the meter reading. As a test principle, test at the center and roughly both ends of the moving distance, respectively, and take the larger value of the test values as the measured value, which is represented by 1/2 of the larger difference with ±;


3. Clearance: Feed the inner slider, based on the reading of the test indicator when the slider just starts to move, starting from this state, independent of the feeding device, in the same direction as the inner slider moves. A load is applied (in the feed direction of the table), and the difference between the reference value at the start of the test and the position at the time of return is regarded as the measured value. 4. Running parallelism: place a standard ruler on the platform where the linear module is installed, and use the test indicator to test within the range that the inner slider can move. The larger difference between the readings within the moving range is the measured value.
