The semi-closed linear slide module is mainly composed of aluminum body, diagonal bearing fixing seat, cover plate, sliding seat and other components. The screw module adopts corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy material as the base, and high-precision Linear guide rail pair, aluminum alloy movable seat is installed on the slider, the middle of the movable seat is connected with the nut of the ball screw, the motor drives the sliding seat to reciprocate through the screw, and the diagonal bearing fixed seat can ensure the repeatability and positioning of the movable seat. Precision, the aluminum alloy cover plate is used for overall protection on the movable seat.
G series adopts lead screw, high transmission repeatability, repeatability of rolling lead screw: ±0.01, and repeatability of grinding lead screw: ±0.005.
