The semi-closed linear slide module is mainly composed of aluminum body, diagonal bearing fixing seat, cover plate, sliding seat and other components. It uses corrosion-resistant and high-strength aluminum alloy material as the base, and installs high-precision linear guide rail pairs in the base. The aluminum alloy moving seat is installed on the slider, and the middle of the moving seat is connected with the nut of the ball screw. The motor drives the sliding seat to reciprocate through the screw. The diagonal bearing fixed seat can ensure the repeatability and positioning accuracy of the moving seat. Aluminum alloy The cover plate is used for overall protection on the movable seat.
G series belt module adopts lead screw, with high transmission repeatability, repeatability of rolling lead screw: ±0.01, and repeatability of grinding lead screw: ±0.005.
