The fully enclosed linear slide module is mainly composed of aluminum body, diagonal bearing fixing seat, cover plate, sliding seat and other components. Precision linear guide pair, aluminum alloy movable seat is installed on the slider, the middle of the movable seat is connected with the nut of the ball screw, the motor drives the sliding seat to reciprocate through the screw, and the diagonal bearing fixed seat can ensure the repeatability of the movable seat. Positioning accuracy, the flexible stainless steel belt is sealed on the movable seat, and the whole can meet the requirements of dust-free grade.
C series adopts lead screw, high transmission repeatability, repeatability of rolling lead screw: ±0.01, and repeatability of grinding lead screw: ±0.005.
